In the JIE AN Handbag warehouse, raw materials are inspected and then accepted according to purchase orders provided by customers and consignment invoices from suppliers. The materials are then sorted according to customer and product categories. Then all relative information for the raw materials is recorded into the warehouse's ERP system, enabling informational consistency and high level organization. Each batch of raw materials features inputs such as production schedule, inspection reports, and confirmed Pantone colors.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

The Department of Incoming Quality Control (IQC) conducts thorough inspections on the raw materials using a fabric inspection and leather inspection machine according to America's Four Point System Sampling Instruction, our company's Incoming inspection standards and confirmed PANTONE colors. This is to ensure that the supplied materials do not have such flaws as material mixing, inversion, pollution, scratches, drawn-thread, broken threads, burst-like cracks, aberrations, streaks.

The multi-functional fabric inspection machine is used to check the quality of various kinds of fabrics, thus ensuring there are no flaws, stains or snagged threads put into final production.

Quality Control

The leather inspection machine is used to check the quality of genuine leather, thus ensuring there will be no flaws like vein marks, insect bites, grain damage, invisible damage, wrinkles, or pin holes.

Material cutting

The cutting bed department is used for material stripping, rough shape cutting, general cutting, paper pattern and sample plate checking, confirmation for first samples, and sampling inspection. The inspection processes ensure off-cut levelness and the correctness of front and back facing, direction and pattern of the cuts, and the exclusiveness of flaws such as deformation, aberration, drawn yarn, and stains. The department is equipped with four column oil double cylinder press cutting machines, radial oil press cutting machines, large/small leather skiving machines, slitters, sanders, and vacuum pumps.

The four-column oil double-cylinder press-cutting machine is mainly used to cut non-metallic materials such as foamed materials, textile packing materials, leather, plastics, fabrics, cardboard materials, etc. (The four-column oil double-cylinder press-cutting machine features several advantages. Firstly, the machine operates intermittently and can only be started by pressing the buttons with two hands simultaneously, which, combined with the emergency stop device, ensures safe operation. Secondly, both the precision and durability are respectively kept constant and are optimized by the self-lubricating system. Thirdly, precise and neat cutting of the off-cuts is achieved by automatic laser cutting.)
The slitter is mainly for the cutting of such materials as umbrellas, foam, leather, reflecting materials, nylon, chiffon, denim, screen cloth, rubber, oxford fabric, non-woven fabrics, double-faced adhesive tape, acetate etc.
(The slitter features several advantages. Firstly, the high-efficiency and cleanness of the machine is ensured by its clearance sharpening system, diamond grinding wheel and dust exhaust apparatus. Secondly, the machine can be set to cut the material into specific width and number, thus the width and number of a bunch of binding tape can be accurately determined. Thirdly, the cutting data of each batch of cloth is automatically recorded. Fourthly, the parallel cutting precision of the machine is high up to 0.1mm with the adoption of imported ball screw and sliding rail, which makes it less prone to wear. Finally, the operational safety of the machine is guaranteed by the triangular spatial support and the emergency stop button.)
The radial oil press-cutting machineis used to cut synthetic materials, such as leather, rubber, canvas, nylon, cardboard etc.
(The radial oil press-cutting machine features several advantages. Firstly, it delivers high-efficiency operation, low failure rate, and is less noisy. Secondly, the lower stroke limit of the machine can be controlled by digital delay circuit and the working range of the swing arm can be adjusted using the hand wheel. Thirdly, the safe operation of the machine can be guaranteed by regular manual inspection and automatic oiling for the column.)
The large leather-skiving machineis used to layer leather meant for wallets, cloth, luggage cases, furniture, car interiors, and gift wrap.
The sander is employed to polish edge-painted accessories of handbags/leather-ware, which makes smooth and level the surface of the off-cuts made of PU/genuine leather.
The small leather-skiving machineis used to layer materials such as leather, PU leather and rubber.
The laser cutteris applied to conduct laser cutting and engraving of non-metallic materials.



This department is intended to cut and prepare for the sewing of zippers according to paper patterns, prepared documents, sample bags, confirmed samples, and material color swatches. We also check silkscreens, embroidery, gold/silver prints, beading, topstitching, leather-skiving, paster, edge painting, and thermoforming of off-cuts. All of this is performed to guarantee the material quality meets our production standards.

The electric zipper teeth punching machineis mainly employed to apply 3# 5# 8# 10# 15# zipper teeth to gift boxes, metals, clothes, handbags, wallets, belts shoes, hats and more. This kind of machine is a light-small design featuring low noise and high-precision.


The treadle-type high frequency plastic welding machine is used to melt and weld plastic made of PVC, to weld the blister double-side, seal the blister and the paper card together, seal special plastic material(PE, PS, PC, PET, PETG), heat sealing and edge cutting of the blister packaging, heat sealing and processing of various wrappers, portable soft bags and the alike, press out concavo-convex patterns and characters. The machine is equipped with an ultrahigh sensitive spark protector, which allows the detection to be conducted within ten-thousandths of a second, and the high-frequency oscillation can be cut off to protect the mold from damage.

Test Equipment

We equipped our test chamber with a tension tester using a micro-computer, needle inspecting machine, push pull force gauge, QSS Color Assessment Cabinet, salt spray corrosion test cabinet, and electric color fastness abrasion tester. The chamber is employed to test performances such as tension limit, color fastness, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The hd-6016e automatic needle detector is utilized to detect if there is any metal residue such as as broken needles, steel nails, iron wires, or staples left in the handbag off-cuts, semi-finished products, or finished accessories. (The employment of five-bit digital tube and the ten-segmentation display window can guarantee the high-efficient and precise automatic screening and recording of number of the qualified, unqualified and the total)

The qss color assessment cabinet is used to check the colors of leather materials/fabrics/accessories/metals/packaging material and so on, and conduct visual color-comparison under artificial daylight and specific environment.
The salt spray corrosion test cabinet can simulate the dispersion system, in which there are tiny droplets containing salt, to test the anti-corrosion performance of leather products, metals, plastics, FPC board after treated by coating, electroplating, organically/inorganically filming, anti-corrosion treating. All the tests included are NSS(neutral salt spray), ASS(acetic salt spray), CASS(copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray) and so on.
The electric abrasion color-fastness tester :The dry/wet abrasion color-fastness tester is composed of control system and abrasion system, which can conduct cyclic dry/wet abrasion color-fastness tests for fabrics made of such materials as cotton, wool, silk, knit-ware, printed textiles, under the standards stipulated by AATCC, ISO and so on.
The micro-computer tension testeris applicable for such processes as tensile testing, adhesive strength testing, peeling testing, tear testing, anti-compression testing, bending testing, anti-shearing testing and three-point bending strength testing for such materials as thin films, rubber belt, plastics, leather, metals, nylon thread, textiles, paper and so on.
The pointer-type push pull force gauge is used to conduct strength test(tensile experiment, compressive test, shear experiment and the alike), attractive force/electromagnetic force/magnetic repulsion for various materials, and can not only sample at a frequency of 1000Hz, but also store and analyze data.



Our factory is staffed by almost 300 employees who are in charge of processes including stitching, blind stitching, leather edge binding, leather edge painting, thread-cutting, metal installation, tension testing and so on. All of the pneumatic and leather edge-painting equipment are purchased from trusted brands and are maintained and inspected regularly. This improves production efficiency and ensures cleanliness on the factory floor. In terms of production, we do not keep inventory as we deliver finished goods quickly after they are inspected by highly trained professionals.

The juki pneumatic computer flat-bed sewing machine is mainly used to sew logos on handbags, briefcases, jeans, sport equipment, zippers, watchband, gifts, travelling novelty, Velcro, leather belts, plastics, stationaries, and non-woven fabrics. (The machine features exquisite and beautiful stitching and low energy-consumption, which is demonstrated by its ability to output 10-20 times as many products as those processed by manual operation. It also only consumes 15% of the electricity compared with similar machines.)


The pneumatic computer cylinder-bed sewing machine is mainly is used to stitch plastics, papers, handbags, Velcro, leather, non-woven fabrics and for blind stitching and leather edge-bindings.

The pneumatic computer long arm sewing machine can automatically set the stitch numbers, cut threads, stitch reversely, and its steady performance and neat cutting is ensured by dish knife thread-cutting.


The column sewing machine is mainly employed to stitch large-size, spatial and curvature-shaped materials.

The auto-gluing seam beating and flattening machine is employed to conduct a series of process including edge separating, gluing, beating and flattening, and the computer on it can control the glue temperature and flow.


The fully automatic leather edge-painting machine is used to edge-paint and then dry shoulder girdles with a range of 20-130cm for handle webbing, accessory leather strips, and belts.


The department of packaging is primarly responsible for cleaning, reshaping, tagging, bagging, encasing, bar coding, and price tag labelling on all products produced in our facility. It is here that we check product specifications, patterns, colors, and brightness before they are shipped. The products are then packaged using environmentally-friendly materials. Also, cardboard and other packages can be customized upon request.

Qualified products are to be checked according to the final-phase inspection report of the quality control department in the finished products warehouse, then products are to be warehoused based on order numbers, placed according to their respective purchasers and delivery destinations. They are finally arranged in strict accordance to schedule and packing lists. The adoption of a digital temperature control system for automatic defrosting and moisture exhausting prevents the products from being damaged due to environment changes.



The quality control department is responsible for the inspection of all products and materials, including incoming material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection, packing inspection and shipping inspection.
All inspections are performed by the inspectors at the inspection station. The natural light or near natural light are required for the inspection environment, the viewing distance is 500-700mm.

Incoming inspection
Check the appearance quality of raw materials (such as whether the material surface text/pattern, color, brightness quality is stable), process quality (such as the smoothness of the hardware products whether is deformed, and whether the fabric texture is stable), safety (such as whether the hardware products have sharp points and edges), functionality (such as load-bearing capacity of hardware, sewing thread tension, zipper normal opening and closing), and measure the size.
Semi-finished product inspection
The items that inspectors need to check include: Sewing line density; Zipper smoothness; Whether the model, position and assembly of hardware accessories are correct; Whether the glue bonding pressure, size and dryness meet the requirements; Whether the specification, size, direction and pattern of the cutted pieces are consistent with the sample; Whether the screen printing is missing or ghosting.
Finished product inspection
Before packaging, the finished product will undergo item-by-item inspection of the product process, quality details, origin, composition, price tag, internal and external packaging and moisture proof bags, etc.
Packing inspection
Check the name, color, price tag, carton size, case mark, case sticker, color mix and shipment quantity.
Outgoing inspection
Determine product packaging, appearance, safety, packing quantity, etc.
