Jiean Handbag OEM/ODM Manufacturing & Production Execution

Jiean Bags is a China-based handbag OEM/ODM manufacturing partner founded in 2012. We support fashion brands through product development, sample refinement, material coordination and bulk production against confirmed product and material requirements.

Our core focus is women’s handbag manufacturing, with additional product categories including backpacks, travel bags, wallets and small leather goods, and belts.

A successful sample is an important milestone. It does not, by itself, establish that every material, construction detail, dimension and functional requirement has been verified for bulk production.

Our manufacturing operations connect specialized production capabilities with a customer-facing commercial entity and a project-based approach to production readiness.

Founded in 2012, Jiean Bags supports fashion brands seeking a manufacturing partner for product development and production.

Our work may involve new product development, refinement of existing samples, material and component coordination, or preparation for bulk manufacturing.

Projects may use genuine leather, vegan leather, premium PU, fabric and recycled materials, subject to the confirmed capabilities and requirements of each project.

Our role is to help align product requirements with practical manufacturing execution. The work required depends on product construction, materials, specifications, quantities and delivery expectations.

2. Our Manufacturing Structure

Two Specialized Production Facilities

Jiean’s manufacturing operations are supported by two specialized production facilities within the same enterprise structure. Each focuses on a different group of material and product requirements.

As of September 30, 2026, the two facilities had a combined reported workforce of 1,000+ personnel, with no personnel overlap between the two workforce figures.

Leather & Premium Synthetic Leather

300+ personnel

This facility focuses on handbag production involving:

- Genuine leather

- Vegan leather

- Premium PU and related synthetic materials

Its work supports projects requiring coordination of materials, patterns, construction, components and finished-product requirements.

Fabric & Recycled-Material Bags

700+ personnel

This facility focuses on:

- Fabric handbags and pouches

- Recycled-fabric products

- Fabric-based product development and production

Depending on the project, relevant considerations may include fabric specifications, color references, washing or shrinkage behavior, finished dimensions and production-batch consistency.

These figures describe the combined workforce across the two facilities as of the stated date. They do not represent the workforce of a single factory building or a count of the contracting entity’s direct employees.

One Customer-Facing Contracting Entity

Customer-facing commercial coordination is handled through JIE AN (DONG GUAN) HANDBAG CO., LTD., which serves as the contracting entity for customer orders.

Contracts are entered into through this company, and customer payments are received by it in accordance with the applicable contracts and payment instructions. It coordinates customer-facing order arrangements and shipment arrangements; the specific shipping and export documentation depends on the transaction.

The manufacturing structure connects specialized production execution with the customer-facing commercial relationship. Any statement about the legal relationship among the relevant companies must be supported by the applicable corporate documentation.

For appropriate supplier due diligence, a formal relationship statement bearing the official seals of the three companies may be provided when required, subject to actual availability, authorization and applicable disclosure arrangements. The legal names of the two production-focused companies are not published on this page.

Sample-to-Scale™

Sample-to-Scale™ connects product requirements and sample validation with production preparation, bulk execution and project-specific inspection.

A sample provides an important reference, but it is not proof that every requirement has been verified for bulk production.

The work required depends on the product, materials, specifications, order quantity and agreed requirements. Our approach is to clarify the applicable requirements and coordinate the relevant manufacturing activities as a project progresses.
