But during fitting, something felt off.

Why did the handle tail ends look wrinkled instead of a smooth bombe curve?

Why did the side panel show extra puffing — even though every part matched the BOM?

Our sample master found the reason:

👉 The side panel leather had excess puff (marked X).

👉 The handle tail ends weren’t forming the right bombe shape.

We studied it again.

Re-created the paper pattern.

Adjusted the hand-molding angle and curve radius — until the bag finally breathed like it should.
